Payment History

• Account payment information on specific types of accounts (credit cards, retail accounts, installment loans, finance company accounts, mortgage, etc.)
• Presence of adverse public records (bankruptcy, judgements, suits, liens, wage attachments, etc.), collection items, and/or delinquency (past due items)
• Severity of delinquency (how long past due)
• Amount past due on delinquent accounts or collection items
• Time since (recency of) past due items (delinquency), adverse public records (if any), or collection items (if any)
• Number of past due items on file
• Number of accounts paid as agreed (read more)

Survey Says: Orlando is 4th Most Popular City Where Americans Want to Live

Pew’s Best Cities

A just-released survey by the Pew Research Center’s Social and Demographic Trends puts Orlando behind Denver, San Diego and Seattle as the city most respondents would like to live. Detroit, Cleveland and Cincinnati ranked at the bottom of the list. The survey was conducted Oct. 3-19, 2008, with a nationally representative sample of 2,260 adults living in the continental United States.

Waterford Chase Pkwy Roundabout Update

According to the Orange County Public Works Engineering Division, the newly designed traffic circle located in Waterford Chase East, is 80% complete. The expected finish date should be about the 1st week of February.

Local Home Owners Associations have urged Orange County to redesign the roundabout, as they are responsible for the maintaince of both the wall and landscaping. The original design left it difficult for larger vehicles to navigate. The new design provides an apron around the wall, thus allowing larger vehicles to negogiate the circle more safely.
