Sliderz Adventure Center’s Turkey Raffle
News from SliderZ Adventure Center: SliderZ is going Turkey!
During the month of November, we will be having a raffle for a FREE turkey to be given away November 20th. In order to enter the raffle, simply attend an Open Play session from now until November 19th. Each time you bring your child to SliderZ for one of our Open Play sessions (Tuesday & Thursday – 10am-12pm; Wednesday – 3-5pm & 6-8pm) you will automatically be entered into our raffle, where someone will win a 20lb turkey! The more you come to an Open Play, the more chances you have of winning!! Bring the kids, have fun, and win a turkey!!
The winner will be notified via phone or e-mail on Friday, November 20, 2009.

Obama Expected to Sign Homebuyer Tax Credit Extension Friday
Good news for Orlando homebuyers! The tax credit of $8000 has been extended to 1st time homebuyers until April 30th.
A $6500 credit to current homeowners who are looking to buy and have lived in their residence for 5 consecutive years.

3rd QUARTER REPORT: What’s My East Orlando Home Worth?
The graph above shows the sales price of 32828 single family homes by square footage from this year’s 3rd quarter sales period compared to the same period last year. Home values have dropped about 20%. We are still in a buyer’s market and will be for the remainder of 2009.
