Orange County Florida FHA Loan Limits Increased

The new FHA loan limits have been released this morning for our area and the news is great for both home buyers and home sellers in East Orlando!

The Orange County, Florida FHA loan limit is now - $353,750. Hopefully, we will soon see an increase of buyers that now have an opportunity to own in Waterford Lakes and Avalon Park. Good news for all!
