Obama Expected to Sign Homebuyer Tax Credit Extension Friday
Good news for Orlando homebuyers! The tax credit of $8000 has been extended to 1st time homebuyers until April 30th.
A $6500 credit to current homeowners who are looking to buy and have lived in their residence for 5 consecutive years.

3rd QUARTER REPORT: What’s My East Orlando Home Worth?
The graph above shows the sales price of 32828 single family homes by square footage from this year’s 3rd quarter sales period compared to the same period last year. Home values have dropped about 20%. We are still in a buyer’s market and will be for the remainder of 2009.

Tomorrow, September 24th, schedule your lunch between 12:30 and 1:30 and head over to Orange County’s Fire Station #83 on Lake Underhill (near Outback Steakhouse).

Breast Cancer Awareness Event at Waterford Lakes Town Center
This Sunday, September 13th, Waterford Lakes Town Center will be our location to stretch the pink ribbon around the world.
Wear your pink and join Florida Hospital East as they help to raise breast cancer awareness during this fun-filled event. Such festivities include: live music, contests, drawings, and giveaways!
