Taste of Orlando at Waterford Lakes Town Center on Saturday

The 11th Annual Taste of Orlando held at Waterford Lakes Town Center is this Saturday, November 20th. There will be unlimited food sampling from more than 50 restaurants, live music, a kid’s play area and a local business expo.
The event will take place from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. on the Boulevard at Waterford Lakes Town Center with proceeds benefiting Simon Youth Foundation. Simon Youth Foundation® helps at-risk kids in Simon mall communities nationwide earn high school diplomas and scholarships to realize hopes of going to college.

Tickets are on sale at the Waterford Lakes Management office (next to Old Navy). Advance tickets: $10 for adults and $5 for kids ages 4-10. (Kids under 3 are FREE). Day of event tickets are $12 for Adults/ $5 Kids.

Waterford Chase Pkwy at Avalon Park Blvd Construction Begins Monday

Road works at the intersection of Waterford Chase Pkwy eastbound and Avalon Park Blvd southbound is set to begin Monday, November 15th.

A much needed right-turn lane will be added to Waterford Chase Parkway. Allow extra time for your commute over the next few weeks as this will certainly tie-up traffic in East Orlando until completion (up to 6 months). Many children use this area to get to and from the elementary schools, so USE CAUTION.

Free Concert in Downtown Orlando this Saturday
